I lost the packaging for my Sims 3 game. Right now it is installed, but I finally got off of my lazy bum and went to register at the Sims 3 site. Except now I can’t because I need the serial key… the serial key that was on the part I lost. It is frustrating because the program is still installed. I remember for the Sims 2 someone had made a program that retrieved all the CD keys for legally owned games that you had installed. I was wondering if there was something similar for the Sims 3.
The problem is that if you want to join the Sims 3 website you need a code that has never been used before so I can’t borrow someone else. Since my game was freshly purchased when I installed it, my key should work fine.
